Our Detector Material Portfolio

LYSO Crystals

LYSO (Lutetium Yttrium Orthosilicate) is widely used in high-performance scintillation systems. It provides fast decay time, high light output, excellent energy resolution, and strong environmental stability. LYSO is well suited for gamma-ray detection, PET imaging, industrial radiography, and analytical equipment requiring reliable scintillation performance.

CZT (Cadmium Zinc Telluride)

CZT is a room-temperature semiconductor detector material known for its excellent energy resolution and high stopping power. Its direct-conversion detection characteristics make it ideal for X-ray and gamma-ray spectroscopy, medical diagnostics, security inspection, and industrial process monitoring.

BGO (Bismuth Germanate)

BGO offers high density, strong gamma-ray stopping power, and good radiation resistance. It is commonly used in PET scanners, high-energy physics instrumentation, nuclear detection, and applications where stable scintillation response under high radiation flux is required.

Indium Antimonide (InSb)

InSb is a narrow-bandgap semiconductor that delivers extremely high quantum efficiency and electron mobility. It is the preferred material for MWIR detectors operating in the 3–5 μm range. InSb supports thermal imaging, gas analysis, spectroscopy, and industrial inspection systems requiring high sensitivity in mid-wave infrared detection.

Gallium Antimonide (GaSb)

GaSb is a direct-bandgap semiconductor widely used as a substrate for superlattice detectors, quantum well devices, and mid-infrared photodetectors. Its bandgap and crystal quality make it suitable for advanced IR sensing architectures and research-grade detector development.
