Indium Tin Oxide (ITO)

  • In₂O₃/SnO₂ compositions (90/10, 95/5, 83/17 wt%), for TFT-LCD, OLED, photovoltaic, and smart glass

Indium Zinc Oxide (IZO)

  • In2O3/ZnO, (90/10, 87/13 but composition can be tailored to customer requirements; for photovoltaic, display, and smart glass applications

Aluminum-doped Zinc Oxide (AZO)

  • Transparent and low-cost conductive alternative
