Processing & Testing Services
We offer end-to-end processing, fabrication, and testing for infrared and laser optical components. Capabilities include material slicing, rounding, milling, polishing, aspherical and binary surface machining, and coating. We utilize multiple crystal-growth technologies including Czochralski, vertical gradient freeze, and mold-guided methods, enabling production of high-quality crystals.
One-Stop Thin-Film & Coating Services
We support thin-film technology development, vacuum equipment R&D, and sputtering target manufacturing. Services include coating prototyping, film-system development, process debugging, target-utilization optimization, efficiency improvement for battery and thin-film applications, vacuum chamber component cleaning, and residue recycling.
Equipment Support & Engineering Services
We provide comprehensive support for vacuum-coating systems, including installation, training, preventative maintenance, and spare/wear-part programs. Our services also include system evaluations, process optimization, line relocation, upgrades, modernization (retrofit), and support for third-party equipment.
Recycling & Refining Services
Vital Materials provides complete lifecycle recycling and refining services for materials containing rare and dispersed metals and precious metals. Our advanced pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical technologies enable efficient recovery of solids, slurries, solutions, production scrap, and end-of-life devices.
We hold a Hazardous Waste Management License for smelting waste containing selenium, tellurium, and non-ferrous metals. Our services support upstream smelting operations, downstream materials manufacturing, and device-level recovery.
