Wafer Substrates
Vital Materials manufactures and processes high-quality EPI-ready substrates for epitaxial applications. Using high-precision wire-cutting, grinding, CMP polishing, and cleaning processes, we deliver substrates with excellent flatness, cleanliness, and planarity. Our substrates support optoelectronic, RF, and power device manufacturing, ensuring reliable performance in advanced semiconductor processes.

Laser Chips & Modules
