After a successful presentation at DCS2025, Vital’s own Alan Symmons and Guillaume Gélinas have officially published their paper in Proceedings Volume 13466 of SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics!

This paper provides timely insights to the supply chain and cost challenges facing the infrared industry, while also introducing chalcogenide glasses as a secure, low-cost alternative to traditional materials.
